We are looking for a Field Supervisor to join our team at BigBull India Inc. This role involves coordinating, implementing and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹18000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth. Will be based at Dhanbad but need to overlook operations for Jharkhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and engage vendors for Outdoor Signage work implementation.

• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution.

• Prepare daily report and presentations for submission.

• Maintain and develop client relationship.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in installing, production, reece for Outdoor Signage like ACP Board, Glow Sign Board, Non Lit Board, Wall Painting, MS Excel, Convincing Skills, Computer Knowledge is an added advantage.
