Field Supervisor
Mundka, Delhi
Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Field Supervisor for Executive Protection Force in Mundka, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, arranging, and managing manpower (Security Guards , Gunmens, helpers, labour, and staff) for client operations, ensuring seamless ground execution and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, recruit, and arrange required manpower (helpers, general labor, skilled workers).
• Manage daily attendance, deployment, and duty rosters on-site.
• Supervise workers to maintain discipline, safety, and productivity.
• Coordinate between management, clients, and ground staff to address operational issues.
• Maintain basic daily records of staff deployments and report to senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: 10th pass / 12th pass minimum.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manpower handling, field supervision, or labor management.
• Skills: Strong local networking for labor sourcing, team management, and basic communication.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and own two-wheeler for field travel.
Salary & Benefits
• Monthly Salary: ₹20000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Job Type: Full-Time (On-Field)
