About the Role

We are hiring high-energy professionals for Field Sales (B2B Acquisition). This is a 100% on-ground sales role involving merchant meetings, product demonstrations, and paid subscription closures.

MBA freshers with strong communication and sales inclination are encouraged to apply for the Digital Consultant role.

Job Responsibilities

Digital Consultant (Field Sales – B2B)

• 100% Field Sales – On-ground merchant acquisition

• Meet retail businesses and conduct product demos

• Close paid subscription packages

• Daily lead generation and cold calling

• Maintain sales funnel and CRM updates

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets

• Build long-term client relationships

• Daily reporting as per company SOP

Team Lead (Field Sales Team Handling)

(In addition to Individual Sales Target)

• Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives

• Drive team revenue and productivity

• Conduct daily review meetings and performance tracking

• Monitor KPIs: leads, demos, conversions, revenue

• Go on joint calls with team members

• Ensure hiring, training, and retention of team

• Improve conversion ratio and sales funnel efficiency

• Achieve monthly team and individual targets

Eligibility Criteria

Digital Consultant

• MBA Freshers can apply

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream

• Minimum 60% in Graduation OR 12th

• 0–2 years experience in B2B / Field Sales preferred

Team Lead

• Minimum 4 years total experience

• Minimum 2 years in Team Handling role

• Strong background in B2B Acquisition Sales

• Proven track record of target achievement

Preferred Background

Experience in companies like Indiamart, TradeIndia, Sulekha, Just Dial, Quikr, Magicbricks, Housing.com, Byju’s or similar B2B acquisition platforms preferred.
