Field Sales Executive – Prefab Division (Alpha Enterprises, Tambaram):

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Prefabricated Structures

Location: Tambaram, Chennai

Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive for our Prefab Division. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma/BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or relevant experience in the prefabricated structural building industry. The role involves client visits, site assessments, sales coordination, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and meet potential customers for prefabricated buildings, portable cabins, site offices, and structural solutions.

• Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and recommend appropriate prefab solutions.

• Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales orders.

• Coordinate with the design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular reports to management.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities around Tambaram and nearby areas.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or BE in Civil/Mechanical Engineering OR relevant hands-on experience in prefab structural building.

• Must have two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Must reside in or around Tambaram.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
