About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-driven Sales Representative to expand our retail network. In this role, you will be responsible for pitching our premium streetwear and apparel collection directly to local retail shops, building lasting B2B relationships, and driving daily sales.

If you have a knack for closing deals, winning over store owners, and love the fashion/apparel space, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Retailer Acquisition: Visit local clothing stores and boutiques to pitch our T-shirt collections and secure new stockist partnerships.

• Pitch & Demonstrate: Showcase product samples, explain fabric quality, margins, and pricing structures to shop owners with confidence.

• Relationship Building: Maintain regular contact with existing retail partners to ensure high satisfaction, handle reorders, and drive repeat business.

• Market Insights: Keep an eye on local fashion trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to help shape our sales strategies.

• Order Management: Handle end-to-end sales processing from order booking to delivery coordination and payment collections.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or wholesale garment/apparel distribution (freshers with exceptional communication skills are also welcome).

• Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional persuasion, convincing, and negotiation skills to turn shop owners into long-term partners.

• Confidence & Drive: High-energy, resilient, and target-oriented mindset with a passion for field sales.

• Local Knowledge: Strong familiarity with local markets, retail hubs, and commercial areas in Delhi NCR.

• Mobility: Must have two-wheeler convenience for daily market visits.
