Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell logistics. The role involves meeting clients in person, developing new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities for logistics services.
Visit potential and existing customers regularly to understand their logistics needs.
Present and explain company services, pricing, and value propositions to clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms within company guidelines.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and forecasts.
Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in logistics or in FMCG Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
Good knowledge of local markets and customer segments.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
