✨ Role Summary

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to generate high-quality leads for modular kitchens. The role involves visiting construction sites, new residential handovers, and active home projects to identify customers ready for interior work.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Scout construction sites, new apartments, and home renovation projects.

• Identify homeowners preparing for modular kitchens/interiors.

• Build on-ground relationships with guards, contractors, brokers, RWAs.

• Generate 30+ showroom-qualified leads/month (customer must visit showroom).

• Maintain daily reports of visits and leads.

🔹 Desired Candidate Profile

• 1–5 years in field sales (interiors, tiles, kitchens, building materials preferred).

• Strong communication & people skills.

• Comfortable with field work and targets.

• Self-driven with good follow-up discipline.
