Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a science background, be eager to learn, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role involves meeting clients in person, generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits.

• Meet prospective and existing customers to present products/services.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Submit daily sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database.

Requirements

• Science background preferred.

• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales is an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and learning attitude are welcome.

• Eager to learn and grow professionally.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

• Willingness to travel locally.
