About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with strong knowledge of the clothing/garment sector. The role involves building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, ensuring consistent sales growth, and expanding the company’s presence in the Muzaffarpur region.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new clients (wholesalers, distributors, retailers) in the clothing/garment sector.
Maintain strong business relations with existing customers to ensure repeat orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market visits to understand customer needs and competitors’ strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Share daily/weekly reports on sales activities and customer feedback.
Promote new launches, offers, and seasonal collections effectively.
Requirements
Graduate / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2–4 years of proven field sales experience in the clothing/garment industry.
Strong local market knowledge of Muzaffarpur and nearby regions.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).
