About the Role
We are looking for motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven Field Sales Officers from EdTech domain to join our team. This opportunity begins as a 3-month freelance, performance-based engagement. Based on your performance during this period and business requirements, high-performing consultants may be considered for a full-time, on-roll position.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for EdTech products and services.
Connect with prospective customers through calls, meetings, and virtual demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Negotiate and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM regularly.
Eligibility
1–4 years of experience in EdTech Sales (Mandatory).
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Note:
For first 3 months the candidate will be working as a freelancer and then based on their performance organisation can consider the freelancer for a full-time, on-roll position.
Candidates who prefer to continue working as freelance consultants may also be considered under the existing performance-based commission structure, subject to mutual agreement.
