Job Summary:
The DSR is responsible for delivering products to assigned outlets, generating sales on route, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely collection and merchandising as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver products to assigned customers/routes on time
Take orders and drive secondary sales
Collect payments and manage basic documentation
Maintain outlet relationships and resolve minor issues
Ensure product visibility and stock rotation
Follow company policies, route plans, and safety standards
Requirements:
High school diploma (minimum)
1–2 years of sales/delivery experience preferred
Valid driving license
Basic communication and numeracy skills
