Job Profile: Field Sales Manager
Position: Field Sales Manager
Location: Borivali West
Industry: Business Loans / Doctor Loan / CA Loan/ Business OD
Key Responsibilities:
Attend pre-fixed meetings arranged by the tele-calling team.
Explain Business Loan products (Business Loan, OD, Term Loan, etc.) to customers.
Understand customer financial requirements and suggest suitable loan products.
Convince customers for completing required documentation and process formalities.
Coordinate with internal processing team to resolve pendency cases.
Follow up with customers and lenders until loan approval.
After approval, coordinate disbursement and close the deal successfully.
Maintain relationship with clients for future business and referrals.
Required Skills:
Good communication and convincing skills
Knowledge of Business Loan / Unsecured Loan products
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Ability to work in field and meet clients
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Experience:
Minimum 1–3 years in Business Loan / Financial Sales preferred
Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply
