Role Purpose
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting potential and existing customers, generating leads, promoting company products/services, and closing sales within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Visit clients, dealers, distributors, or prospects in the assigned area.
Generate new business leads and convert them into sales.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback and share competitor information.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Required Skills
Good communication and presentation skills.
Confidence in face-to-face selling.
Negotiation and convincing ability.
Basic understanding of sales targets and customer handling.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Qualifications
12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers or candidates with sales experience can apply.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Comfortable with fieldwork.
