Key Responsibilities
• Sales Execution: Generate orders from retailers/distributors, ensure daily sales targets are met, and expand market penetration.
• Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring smooth order-taking, delivery coordination, and addressing concerns.
• Reporting: Maintain sales records, share daily updates, and provide market insights to the sales team.
Requirements
• Prior experience in FMCG/general trade sales preferred (freshers with strong drive may also apply).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outlets effectively
