Field Sales Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Field Officer is responsible for approaching commercial vehicle owners, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, generating repeat business orders, and developing new customer accounts. The role involves coordinating the collection of worn-out tyres suitable for retreading and ensuring timely delivery of retreaded tyres to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit commercial vehicle owners and fleet operators regularly.

• Generate repeat orders from existing customers.

• Identify and acquire new clients in the commercial vehicle segment.

• Inspect and collect worn-out tyres suitable for retreading.

• Coordinate with the production team for retreading schedules.

• Ensure timely delivery of retreaded tyres to customers.

• Maintain proper records of orders, collections, and deliveries.

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries or complaints.

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
