We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in getting primary and secondary sales, follow up with distributors, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through distributor and market visits regularly.
Get Secondary sales and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to HOD regularly.
Need to visit 40 outlets daily and require to do primary and secondary sales regularly.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
