Job Description – Field Sales Executive

Division: UPVC Windows & Doors
Location: Attibele, Bangalore
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for our UPVC Division. The candidate should have field sales experience in real estate, construction materials, UPVC windows and doors, or a related industry, along with the ability to coordinate with the production team for site measurements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits and customer meetings.

• Generate leads from builders, contractors, architects, real estate developers, and individual customers.

• Promote UPVC windows and doors and explain product features to customers.

• Visit customer sites to understand requirements and coordinate measurements with the production team.

• Support the production team during site measurements and ensure accurate communication of customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and negotiate with customers to close sales.

• Maintain customer relationships and achieve assigned sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience in real estate, construction materials, UPVC, or a relevant field is mandatory.

• Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Kannada is mandatory; Tamil, Hindi, or other languages will be an added advantage.

• Must be willing to travel for field visits and site measurements.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication is preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
