Field Sales Officer

1. Job Details

Position: Officer – Liability Sales (Field Role)

Product Focus: CASA – Current Account & Savings Account

Key Responsibility: New Account Acquisition

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Any Graduate (Freshers accepted)

• All semester mark sheets are mandatory

• Valid two-wheeler driving license and own a two-wheeler required

• Good Communication + Presentation must

• Minimum CIBIL score: 700 or above

• Background verification documents required: PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License, Electricity Bill, Educational Certificates, CIBIL check or NOC clearance

2. Job Description & Responsibilities

• Cross-sell (CASA, Loans, Insurance, etc.)

• Minimum target: 10–15 new accounts per month

• Generate leads through personal effort and support branch leads

• Utilize existing customer data for cross-selling (Home Loan, Insurance, etc.)

• Field work role; employees responsible for sales pressure management without petrol or mobile allowances

• Incentive structure based on points per Axis product sold/activated (example: mobile application installation = ₹100 per point)

• Focus on achieving branch-specific targets across Pune, Nashik, Mumbai, Nagpur, North Goa, and South Goa

3. Compensation & Work Timings
• salary 15000- 17000

• Incentives: Up to ₹10000 per month (performance-based)

• Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (Field Role)
