📌 JOB OVERVIEW

• Role: Field Officer (Operations & Deployment)

• Employment Type: Full-Time (Day Shift – Field Job)

• Compensation: ₹ 25000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed + Petrol Allowances)

• Gender: Male

• Experience: 1 – 4 Years (Experience in security or facility manpower deployment preferred)

📍 LOCATIONS : GHAZIABAD ,VAISHALI

• Primary Work Region: GHAZIABAD ,VAISHALI

• Branch Office Base: 302, Commercial Tower, East Avenue Grand, Sector 49, Noida

🔑 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 👥 Manpower Deployment: Oversee daily deployment, attendance, and grooming standards of security guards, supervisors, and housekeeping staff across client sites.

• 🔍 Site Audits: Conduct surprise field checks at corporate offices, residential complexes, and commercial hubs to ensure top-notch service quality.

• 🤝 Client Coordination: Act as the primary operational contact for corporate clients, resolving complaints and handling workforce replacement requests immediately.

• 📋 Sourcing Support: Support on-ground mobilization and local background verification for new recruits.

• 📝 Compliance: Maintain and update daily deployment registers, duty rosters, and incident reports.

🎯 CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate degree.

• Mandatory Assets: Personal Bike & Smartphone (Required for daily field travel).

• Core Skills: Manpower coordination, conflict resolution, and strong knowledge of local NCR geography.
