Field Sales Officer – Varnita Textiles

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team at Varnita Textiles. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in yarn sales, be skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. The role involves identifying prospects, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 along with excellent growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods such as cold calling, client meetings, presentations, and field visits.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

• Promote and sell yarn products to new and existing customers.

• Research market trends and develop creative sales strategies to increase business.

• Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

• Maintain and expand the customer database effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 1–2 years of experience in Field Sales.

• Must have prior experience in Yarn Sales (Mandatory).

• Good knowledge of yarn products, the textile market, and customer handling.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with different sales techniques.

• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use technology effectively.

• Willingness to travel for field sales activities.
