Business Development Executive

Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify right prospects at ongoing construction sites (residential, commercial, villas, apartments)
• Engage local builders, developers, civil contractors, architects, and structural consultants
• Build networks with hardware & building material dealers
• Source leads via site visits, municipal approval lists, dealer references, and industry exhibitions
• Extensive field travel required

• Handle primary sales operations
• Conduct regular dealer, distributor, and shop visits
• Perform construction site visits for business acquisition
• Supervise, coordinate, and support Business Development Executives (BDEs)
• Manage work order execution and payment follow-ups
• Extensive travel up to 150 km per day required

Qualification

Any Degree (Completed)

Experience

0 to 3 Years (Freshers welcome)

2 to 5 Years in relevant field

Compensation (CTC)

Rs. 2.58 Lakhs per annum

Rs. 3.60 Lakhs per annum
