Field Sales Officer – Retail / HoReCa
Company: Tikhal Foods Pvt. Ltd.
Reporting to: Area Sales Manager (ASM)
Responsible for visiting retail outlets and HoReCa counters in the assigned territory to secure product placement, onboard new counters and generate regular repeat orders. The officer will be mapped to a distributor and work under the ASM’s supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit existing and potential counters as per the assigned beat plan.
Promote Tikhal products, secure placement and book repeat orders.
Coordinate with the mapped distributor for timely deliveries and track order fulfilment.
Achieve sales and new counter targets.
Maintain customer relationships and report visits, orders, deliveries and market feedback to the ASM.
Preferred Profile: Experience in FMCG field sales, good communication skills and knowledge of the local retail / HoReCa market.
