Key Responsibilities
•Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
•Identify and develop new distributors, dealers, retailers, and customers.
•Visit markets regularly and maintain strong relationships with clients.
•Generate new business opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
•Take orders and coordinate with the company for timely billing and delivery.
•Maintain regular market visit reports and customer details in the CRM.
•Update all customer/party information and visits in the CRM application.
•Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
•Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
•Coordinate with seniors and internal teams regarding orders, payments, and customer issues.
•Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and visit reports.
•Represent the company professionally and promote its products and brand.
•Follow all company rules, policies, and reporting procedures.
