Job Summary
Shrego Peanuts is looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to support both field sales and inside
sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting
company products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Field Sales
• Visit potential customers, distributors, and retailers to promote company products.
• Develop new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Inside Sales
• Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing or referrals.
• Maintain and update customer database.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain records.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG experience preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle both field visits and office-based sales work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
