Job Title: Field Sales Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Officer who can build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide suitable products and services to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions
Achieve sales and revenue targets as per company guidelines
Handle client queries and provide after-sales support
Maintain accurate client records and reports
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Insurance / BFSI (Freshers can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
