Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives to promote company services, generate leads, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets through regular field visits within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Generate leads and convert them into customers
✅ Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets
✅ Conduct daily field visits within the assigned Tehsil
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✅ Explain company services and assist customers with documentation
✅ Collect customer payments and ensure timely deposits as per company policy
✅ Update daily visit reports, customer data, and sales activities in the company application
✅ Attend daily review and coordination meetings

Eligibility

✔ Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
✔ Good communication and convincing skills
✔ Field sales experience preferred (Freshers may also apply)
✔ Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
✔ Willingness to travel within assigned territory
