Job Description

Robotek India, a growing manufacturer of mobile accessories, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officers across India. The role involves lead generation, dealer/distributor development, and sales growth in assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and identify potential dealers, distributors, retailers, and wholesalers

• Visit markets, shops, and potential clients regularly to promote Robotek India products

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and schemes

• Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer requirements

• Coordinate with the internal sales and support team for order processing and follow-ups

• Ensure timely payment collection and resolve customer issues if any

• Submit daily/weekly field reports to management

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales (mobile accessories, electronics, FMCG preferred)

• Freshers with strong communication and field sales interest can also apply

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

• Must own a two-wheeler (preferred)
