Junior Sales Officer will be responsible to interact with existing customers/clients, initiate contact with new ones, educate them and follow up on their progress to convert them for regular business. The candidates are also responsible for monitoring current market trends, studying competitors, and all other activities listed in job description. Roles & responsibilities: ➔ Full knowledge of all products and schemes ➔ In-depth market understanding and strong relation with shop owners and distributors ➔ Execute & Achieve secondary & Primary Targets as per plan. ➔ Check & Install POSM ➔ Cover Outlets as per Beat Plan ➔ Open New outlets ➔ Grievance solving of the Distributor and Retailer. ➔ Do FIFO in each outlet. ➔ Check stock / Sku availability in outlets. ➔ Check & Arrange Stock Display. ( Cold & Warm Both ) ➔ Fill Stock in Visi Coolers. ➔ Visit and check distributor's stock on a regular basis. ➔ Carry POSM & Chilled stock during market visit. ➔ Ensuring usage of ‘sales app’ on an everyday basis ➔ Reporting seniors on time and keeping them updated with all outlet information. Qualification: min. 12th pass or above.
