Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring new merchants and promoting Paytm’s digital payment products such as QR codes, Soundbox, and EDC machines. The role involves visiting shops and businesses in the assigned area, explaining Paytm services, and onboarding merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Visit assigned market areas daily and identify new merchants for onboarding.
Promote Paytm products like:
QR Code
Soundbox
EDC Machine
Paytm Business App
Onboard merchants and complete KYC documentation.
Ensure installation and activation of QR or Soundbox at merchant locations.
Maintain strong relationships with merchants and resolve service issues.
Achieve monthly sales and deployment targets.
Revisit existing merchants for upselling Paytm products and services.
Maintain daily reports and update sales activity in the app.
Eligibility
Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate.
Basic knowledge of smartphone and mobile applications.
Should have a two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Salary & Benefits
₹31,000 – ₹40,000 salary (depending on role/location)
