Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer for an FMCG company, primarily responsible for handling secondary sales and expanding market presence across South Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive secondary sales through distributors and retail outlets.

• Handle General Trade (GT) market operations and ensure product availability.

• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and drive primary and secondary sales growth.

• Ensure effective market coverage, beat planning and outlet expansion.

• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and product visibility.

• Coordinate with distributors to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have experience in General Trade (GT) sales within the FMCG industry.

• Strong hands-on experience in secondary sales is mandatory.

• Experience in distributor handling, retailer management and market development.

• Good understanding of beat planning and territory management.

• Strong communication, negotiation and sales execution skills.

• Candidates from non-FMCG industries or Modern Trade-only backgrounds will not be considered.
