NS Talent & Technologies is hiring Field Sales Executives for Paytm’s Merchant Onboarding Team.
📍 Location: Kolkata & Nearby Areas
💼 Role: Field Sales Executive

💳 Project: Paytm – Soundbox & QR Code
🔹 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Visit local shops, retailers and businesses for merchant acquisition.
• Pitch and sell Paytm Soundbox & QR Code solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to merchants.
• Complete merchant onboarding and device installation.
• Maintain good relationships with merchants.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
🔹 ELIGIBILITY:
• Minimum 10+2 / Higher Secondary pass.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of field sales experience can apply.
• Bike & valid Driving Licence are MANDATORY.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of English and Hindi.
• Comfortable with smartphone/digital applications.
• Candidates must be comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
