Field Sales Officer

We are looking for a Field Officer/Area Incharge who will handle day-to-day site operations. The role includes managing staff deployment, checking attendance, visiting sites regularly, and supporting business growth. The candidate should be responsible, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure proper manpower deployment at all assigned sites

• Maintain and verify staff attendance daily

• Conduct daily site visits and inspections

• Check staff uniform, discipline, and duty performance

• Handle on-ground issues and report to management

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports

• Coordinate with clients and ensure service quality

• Identify and support new business opportunities

• Arrange replacements in case of absenteeism

• Ensure compliance with company rules and safety norms

Requirements

• Minimum 10th / 12th pass

• Experience in security / housekeeping / facility management preferred

• Must be willing to travel to multiple sites daily

• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred

• Physically fit for field work
