The Field Sales Officer is responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets through direct field activities. This role involves meeting potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and references.
Promote and sell banking products such as savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, and loans.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the bank.
Conduct KYC documentation and ensure compliance with bank policies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and local market visits.
Explain product features, benefits, and charges clearly to customers.
Coordinate with branch staff for smooth account opening and processing.
Track and report daily sales activities to the reporting manager.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
