A Home Loan Field Sales Executive sources, negotiates, and closes residential mortgage deals by meeting clients directly, building developer relationships, and managing the end-to-end loan application process. They are responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting field visits, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, typically requiring strong communication skills and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Source new home loan business through open market, real estate builders, developers, DSAs, and referrals.
Field Sales & Relationship Management: Meet potential clients, explain loan products (interest rates, eligibility), and build long-term relationships for referrals.
Loan Processing: Collect and verify KYC documents, process applications, and ensure smooth, timely sanction and disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Documentation & Compliance: Adhere to company policies, loan guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Selling: Promote additional products like insurance or fixed deposits to home loan customers.
