They are responsible for achieving sales targets, conducting field visits, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, typically requiring strong communication skills and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Source new home loan business through open market, real estate builders, developers, DSAs, and referrals.
Field Sales & Relationship Management: Meet potential clients, explain loan products (interest rates, eligibility), and build long-term relationships for referrals.
Loan Processing: Collect and verify KYC documents, process applications, and ensure smooth, timely sanction and disbursement.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Documentation & Compliance: Adhere to company policies, loan guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
Cross-Selling: Promote additional products like insurance or fixed deposits to home loan customers.
