Job Title: Operations Executive – Outdoor Advertising

Location: Bangalore and Chennai

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our outdoor advertising business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing prime hoarding locations, maintaining strong landlord relationships, overseeing campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality upkeep of our advertising assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Location Scouting & Acquisition

o Identify potential sites for new hoarding installations across targeted areas.

o Conduct site visits to evaluate visibility, traffic flow, and suitability.

o Research and obtain landlord/property owner details.

o Negotiate with landlords for lease/rental agreements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and favorable terms.

2. Campaign Monitoring & Documentation

o Monitor and track ongoing campaigns to ensure timely installation and display quality.

o Capture and maintain photographic evidence of campaigns for client reports.

o Keep an updated log of active campaigns and display periods.

3. Maintenance & Upkeep

o Oversee the maintenance of existing hoarding structures to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.

o Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, painting, or lighting issues.

4. Compliance & Coordination

o Ensure that all sites meet local authority guidelines and advertising regulations.

o Work closely with internal teams (sales, design, installation) to align operational requirements with project timelines.

Requirements:

· Minimum Fresher who is able to understand the Job Roles and responsibility or 2 or 3 years of experience in outdoor advertising, site acquisition, or operations (preferred).

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to travel extensively within assigned areas.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic photography skills.

· Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
