Position: Field Sales Executive
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Incentive: ₹1,000 per confirmed Event / Preschool Visit / Group Booking

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Officer to promote our hospitality and gaming entertainment services, generate new business leads, and increase bookings from schools, preschools, corporates, groups, and other institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit schools, preschools, corporates, companies, colleges, and other institutions to generate leads.
Promote gaming, entertainment, restaurant, birthday party, group outing, and event packages.
Generate and follow up on leads through field visits, calls, and WhatsApp.
Build strong relationships with schools, preschool management, HR teams, corporate offices, and group coordinators.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and events.
Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Coordinate with the operations and events team for successful execution of confirmed bookings.
Maintain daily visit reports, lead details, follow-ups, and conversion records.
Identify new corporate, school, preschool, and group business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and field visits.

Eligibility
Experience: 2–4 years in Field Sales / Hospitality / Events / Gaming / Education Sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi.
Compensation
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Performance Incentive: ₹1,000 for every confirmed Event / Preschool / Group booking.
