Hosperia Hospitality is seeking a highly professional, dynamic, and performance-driven Field Sales Officer to expand our presence across the HORECA sector, including luxury hotels, catering companies, restaurants, cafés, banquet venues, and corporate hospitality spaces.
This role requires a confident individual with strong business acumen, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with decision-makers and senior management to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies across hotels, caterers, cafés, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients through field visits, networking, and industry relationships.
Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrate Hosperia Hospitality’s tableware, buffetware, and hospitality solutions.
Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, Purchase Managers, F&B Directors, and Top Management.
Negotiate commercial terms and confidently close high-value deals.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Represent the brand professionally during client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
Coordinate internally with operations and management to ensure smooth order execution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional personality.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and closing abilities.
High energy, self-driven mindset with a passion for B2B sales.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the hospitality industry.
Ability to confidently interact with senior management and key decision-makers.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to convert leads into revenue.
Graduate or Post Graduate in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2–5 years of experience in HORECA, hospitality supplies, F&B, or B2B field sales.
Prior experience dealing with hotels, caterers, or restaurant chains will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai and surrounding regions.
