Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and Sales Officer with at least 1 year of experience in the BFSI sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers for financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through field sales and referrals

• Promote banking / insurance / financial products to customers

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Conduct customer meetings and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate sales records and reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies and BFSI regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sales

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer handling ability

• Graduation preferred

• Ability to work in field sales environment

• Target-driven and self-motivated
