Post : Field Sales Officer
Generate new Gold Loan leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities
Promote Gold Loan schemes and explain interest rates, tenure, repayment options, and benefits
Meet daily customer visit targets and achieve monthly business goals
Collect and verify KYC documents as per bank norms
Coordinate with branch staff for gold valuation and loan processing
Ensure timely loan disbursement and maintain strong customer relationships
Cross-sell other banking products where applicable
Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly
Candidate Profile :
🎓 Any Graduate
💼 Minimum 6 months of Any Loan Sales experience (Gold Loan preferred)
📊 Strong field sales and convincing skills
🗣️ Good communication & customer handling ability
🎯 Target-oriented mindset
📅 Age: 21 – 35 Years
