📢 WE ARE HIRING | FIELD OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals to join our Field Operations team and support the expansion of our EV charging network across India.

📍 Base Location: Amrapali Circle, Vaishali, Jaipur

💼 Position: Field Operations Executive

👥 Vacancies: 10

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 per month

🎯 No Fixed Target

💸 Performance Incentives: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential locations for EV charging stations.

• Visit hotels, malls, commercial properties, highways and other suitable locations.

• Meet property owners, management teams and relevant decision-makers.

• Assess locations based on accessibility, visibility, traffic and suitability for EV charging infrastructure.

• Develop relationships with property owners and assist in securing suitable locations.

• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the location acquisition process.

• Travel to different cities and within cities as required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Moderate English communication skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable with frequent travel.

• Confident and professional personality.

• Ability to interact with property owners and business decision-makers.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:

• Real Estate

• Solar Industry

• Elevator/Lift Industry

• Property Acquisition

• Business Development

• Infrastructure-related industries
