🚛 Job Role – Field Sales Officer

Aapko kya kaam karna hoga:

New trucks ko onboard karna aur unhe FR8 ke product & services ke baare mein samjhana.

Market mein field visit aur sales karna.

Trucks ki details check karke FR8 app mein register karna.

Truck ka KYC complete/update karwana.

Customers/truck owners ke saath follow-up karke relationship maintain karna.

Repeat business aur referrals ke liye follow-up karna.

Requirements:

Apna 2-wheeler hona chahiye 🛵

Good communication & negotiation skills.

Team ke saath properly kaam karne ki ability.

Field work aur travelling ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.

💰 Incentive Structure:

1st to 5th truck KYC: ₹1,000 per truck

6th truck KYC onwards: ₹650 per truck

Example: Agar aap 8 trucks ka successful KYC complete karte ho:

5 × ₹1,000 = ₹5,000

3 × ₹650 = ₹1,950

Total Incentive = ₹6,950

👉 Incentive tabhi applicable hoga jab truck ka KYC successfully complete/update ho jayega.
