Swadist Bite, a fast-growing FMCG brand, is seeking a motivated and target-driven field sales officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector with strong capabilities in managing retail counter visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct at least 40 counter visits daily across the assigned territory.

• Promote and sell company products to retailers and distributors.

• Ensure product visibility, availability, and placement in retail counters.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and stockists.

• Track sales performance and provide timely reports to the sales manager.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall territory growth.

• Handle order booking and follow up for timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG sector.

• Proven experience in retail counter visits and on-ground sales.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Languages preferred: Hindi, Marathi

• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.
