Position: Field Sales Officer – Affordable Mortgages

Products: Home Loans & Business Loans (LAP)
Location: Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in LAP / Affordable Housing Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Generate business for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) through field sales activities

• Source customers via DSA, connectors, builders, referrals, and direct field visits

• Meet potential customers, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation

• Collect and verify customer documents as per company policy

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth loan processing

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners

• Conduct local market surveys to identify new business opportunities

• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory norms

Key Skills Required:

• 1 Year Experience in LAP

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of local property market

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Target-driven and result-oriented approach
