
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services by visiting clients in the assigned territory. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company’s customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Present and demonstrate products/services to customers
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Collect market and competitor information
Prepare sales reports and update customer records
Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
0–3 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
