Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth in Vijayawada and nearby areas. The role involves meeting customers in the field, generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Visit potential and existing customers on a daily basis to promote products/services
Generate new leads and convert them into sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
Collect market intelligence and competitor information
Ensure timely collection of payments, if applicable
Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (depending on role requirement)
0–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Strong local area knowledge of Vijayawada and surroundings
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in the field
Two-wheeler with valid driving license
Basic smartphone and app usage skills
