Job Summary:

Care India Finvest Limited is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence in Bhiwani. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

• Conduct field visits and meet retailers, wholesalers, and distributors

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

• Maintain proper documentation and daily reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 2 – 4 Years in Field Sales

• Education Qualification: 12th Pass

• Preferred Industry Background:

  • FMCG

  • Retailing

  • Hospitality

  • Furniture

  • Wholesaler & Distribution

❌ Candidates from Banking or Real Estate industry will NOT be considered

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of local market (Bhiwani region)

• Target-oriented and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred

Compensation:

• Salary Range: ₹17,000 – ₹26,000 per month

• Incentive: ₹25,000 (Quarterly Performance-Based Incentive)
