Position: Branch Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Role Overview

This is a 100% field sales position involving direct customer interaction. The role requires visiting clients, promoting bank products, and meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell banking products such as Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, and Loans.

Conduct on-field sales visits and build strong customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain follow-ups and provide excellent after-sales service.

Report daily activity and performance to the branch manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate (mandatory)

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome

Requirements:

Must own a bike and a valid driving license

Comfortable working on the field and traveling within the city

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary & Incentives:

CTC: ₹18,000 per month (15,000 take-home)

Incentives: Performance-based, up to ₹60,000 per month
