Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, rewards, and eligibility criteria.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and promotional activities.
Assist customers with application forms and document collection.
Ensure all applications comply with company and regulatory requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly sales and activation targets.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates to supervisors.
Stay updated on product offerings, competitor activities, and market trends
