We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field sales officers to onboard and manage Truck owners and transportation vendors. The candidate will be responsible for expanding the vendor network, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth operational coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, approach, and onboard new fleet owners and transport vendors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Verify vendor documentation and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and agreements with vendors.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure vehicle availability.
Eligibility Criteria
• Age between 20 and 40 years.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Experience in vendor management, logistics, transportation, or business development preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply. Skills Required
