We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to join our team at Aswini Homeo And Ayurvedic Products Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in primary & secondary sales, following up on distributors, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers a salary of ₹18000 - ₹40000 along with incentives and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Close sales through various methods like distributor visits and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.
Visits 40 outlets per day and get secondary sales daily.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
